Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return and full refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and sealed in original packaging
  • Original box required - we cannot accept returns without the original packaging
  • Complete package - all accessories, chargers, and included items must be returned
  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Products must be neatly packaged for return shipment

Important: Once a product box has been opened or discarded, we cannot offer refunds. Please inspect your order carefully before opening if you're unsure about keeping the item.

Defective Products

If you receive a faulty or defective lamp, we're happy to send you a replacement at no cost. Please contact us at support@duvanti.com with:

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or issue
  • Your order number
  • Brief description of the problem

We'll review your submission and arrange for a replacement to be sent out promptly.

How to Return

  3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
